In other words, you create a seal that has a dimension where you can pass through and for to do that you must be good at sealing jutsu. The Ten Tails doesn't have access to anyone who died on the planet because it hasn't been planted yet. That can only happen when it's planted and absorbs the planet's chakra to create a chakra fruit.

Read the manga and databooks, Kaguya is dead. Tge seal constantly drains your chakra to absolute 0 which kills you. The only reason she survived last time is because she let a part of herself escape via zetsu to revive her. This time they made sure to show she and Zetsu are sealed together so no revive for her this time, her soul was extinguished like Isshiki was.

So the main purpose of the ten tails is just to suck all chakra on the planet creating one chakra fruit. But because Code splitted the ten tails into claw grimes, the all the chakra and genetics info sucked so far are still scattered among the claw grimes, creating the sentient claw grimes. They're like the white zetsu + Hashirama's cell + Yamato that can even control giant wooden statue in the 4th war. The tree people are still alive probably similar to the zetsufication during the infinite tsukuyomi.

I’m glad naruto and sasuke aren’t dead but one or the other those two had to be sidelined so that boruto could truly shine in the story and not have to rely on naruto and sasuke to save the day. Well, Orochimaru is awfully quiet ... he has his desire for immortality, but I think he solved that with cloning and cursed Mark combination. He can put cursed mark on any clone he wants, even multiple so he can become not only immortal as long he has some clone marked hidden.

The Ten Tails doesn't have access to anyone who died on the planet because it hasn't been planted yet. That can only happen when it's planted and absorbs the planet's chakra to create a chakra fruit.

But because Code splitted the ten tails into claw grimes, the all the chakra and genetics info sucked so far are still scattered among the claw grimes, creating the sentient claw grimes. They're like the white zetsu + Hashirama's cell + Yamato that can even control giant wooden statue in the 4th war.
The tree people are still alive probably similar to the zetsufication during the infinite tsukuyomi.
