For the defender method (updated here for more consistent east relures • 72 9 Defender Method -... ):
If the 1st is not west, skip the log food, drop a good zombie food (don't pick it up) then a bad east wall food (opposite bad food of the trail before ms) then continue to east trap.
If the 1st is west, drop a bad log food, bad trail (opposite bad food as the log food), then skip then zombie food and drop a good food east wall and continue to east trap.
If you're in a bind because you forgot what you dropped, you can pick up an east wall food at 27 to get it back for the 2nd call.
