  • This delicious Cream Cheese Marble Cake is the perfect combination of three flavors. A light cheesy, buttery and chocolatey homemade pound cake that's so soft, moist, tender and light as a feather. A perfect tea time or snack. It is absolutely delicious and a must try recipe!

    Ingredients (22*12*10 cm toast pan):
    150g (2/3 cup) unsalted butter (room temperature)
    100g (3.5oz) cream cheese block (room temperature)
    150g (1/2 cup + 1/4 cup) sugar
    220g (1 cup + 1/2 cup +1/3 cup) cake flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    4 egg (room temperature)
    75ml (1/4 cup + 1 tbsp) heavy cream / whipping cream / Fresh cream ( use any one at room temperature)
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    50g milk/dark chocolate (melted)

    Looks delicious but why do you out the flour in so early?
    Wouldn’t that result in overheating the mixture and make the cake dense?
