Some of the facts are completly distorted in this video. The fact is that he hasn't cut his beard during this incident. Instead Punjab police have released the pics just to apprehend him. Moreover, you should apply your common sense if you have, during the time of his arrest he was inside the gurdwara sahib with maryada ( respect- essentials for sikh like beard, kirpan).
So what. He is a fugitive. No respect for a fugitive and one who wants to break the country. Respect for Sikhism, but no respect for fugitives and assholes who are spreading misinformation, hatred and separatism among fellow country men.
