I was snowboarding BLIND in a storm in Steamboat & in Vail long ago on a run from way up top to bottom, oh & lightening happened. Vail closed the run after we got down. I was exhausted even I was expert skier & 34 yrs old...I was w toast after that long run in the snow storm. There are long runs like this in the USA

Man we had an absolute blast when we were there. Yes, they have parks, but these mountains are made for letting the top down and cruise. Many many places to stop to catch a snack drink. Just look for the huts. A wonderful time! Peace NC!!!
