- This home has custom EVERYTHING! But it is from a production builder- Dreamfinders. There is good news and bad news here... the good news is that you can see the Biscayne Floor Plan and it is a beauty! The bad news is that a lot of the custom things that Dreamfinders did for my clients are no longer available. I'm going to try to convince them to make that change but so far, no luck! You'll love the tour anyway to see the floor plan and all of the amazing things they did!

Hey Amy and Ivy 😂. Nice color and front elevation. How thoughtful of your client. Appreciate storage and 1/2 bath. Nice open concept. Tons of cabinets in that kitchen. Love it. It should be an option extended cabinetry. Big pantry. Wow. A missing draw a month in? Great fireplace. Beautiful paved enclosed lanai , outdoor kitchen and pool. Is it 2718 sq ft as shown and said in the beginning or 2178 sq ft shown as walking up the stairs? Looks big so I’ll go with what you first said and shown 2718. Nice loft space. 2 bedrooms with Jack n Jill. Like the foyer type entry to the big primary. Love the shower size. Double sink and vanity. Oh. Another closet 🙌🏼. They have moved and settled in nicely. Beautiful home. Congratulations to this family. And plz tell them thanks again for sharing their home. Grand weekend to all and see you Sunday drive if having one. Me too! We had one in IL and CA and I loved having a nice fire in the fall and winter months! It was warm and toasty and so mesmerizing and made me fall asleep much quicker.

Would love to see any smaller models with one floor and how is inventory in Florida? Here in California it's very limited and my husband still hasn't found a job there so we can move asap is the construction companies still booming? My husband does stucco and has his us residence and has 7 years of experience
I can tell you for SURE they need your husband here. There are some new laws here that are going to make it much harder to find experienced construction workers! And yes, construction is still booming! There are plenty of smaller one stories too. Check out my video from last week at Wynwood... and more videos coming soon!
@@HeartandHomeOrlando yeah I've been contacted by one construction company out of Orlando but they said they only employ Florida residents and I have his resume on Indeed its just hard getting an offer letter so we can start looking to buy I've been waiting for over 3 years to move over there and I'm happy to heat construction hasn't slowed there here in California inventory is low and we may see bidding wars happen again
do you have 2 storey home with 1 guest bedroom with its own bath at ground floor, and 3 other bedrooms upstairs (including master bedroom)?. most your videos with 2 storey 4 bedrooms have its masterbed below.
