No we don't, we may be sympathetic to Russian citizens but we are certainly not behind BRICS or happy to be part of it. The ANC is what it always was a territorist organisation and beholding to western europe who funds it!

South Africa as a unitary state by itself doesn't represent the best interests of its peoples, but that's my view and another matter altogether. Still, if "democracy" is the standard, then there is no country more undemocratic than the USA. The latter is also viewed by most in the Global South as the largest funder of international terrorism in the world. How is it a democracy, instead of a slave plantation boss? I'm no ANC supporter, but wrt the new multipolar order they are on the right track and the right side of history. Therefore adopting a stance of NEUTRALITY wrt NATO's proxy war in Ukraine, should be the right to choose for EVERY country with self-respect, regardless of which party governs. We cannot support the senseless killing of the Slavic people (to the tune of half a million people by now) as being in the interest of any real people in the world, and the same for the destruction of Ukraine. It is reprehensible to ask the USA to pressure the SA government to participate in such a cold blooded war, that would never have taken place unless the US Deep State ordered it. If tested by referendum the majority of Americans would reject this undeclared proxy war being waged on their behalf.
