I like when the barbells or even pullup bars are bigger in width because small bars hurt and really push in your palms with less grip. So Companies should often get bigger grip bars
Rewatching this after 10 years and 80 lbs on the scale. Super insightful and so clearly conveys the feelings in the moments mid-rep. Awesome coaching, thank you!!
They all use around the same i'd say. The more you use the bigger your muscles will look but there is obviously a point where you start to drastically lose aesthetics if you go past that certain point.
lets go Jay , get your back-back then you got a chance at top 3... Levrone is coming back? I dont think he regain his size but he used to have one of the nicest structures.
It sounds to me like Synthol is just a cheap psychological factor and doesn't give you any real strengths. It also costs more. But I've seen built trainers I and other people would turn down for training because they don't know how to teach it at all, and you can see right through them. But I've only learned from one trainer a lot of useful things when I first started and he was a martial artist, powerlifter, and competitive bodybuilder who weighed over 250 pounds of bodyweight in his 20s-40s.

@@burning_buddha I think the TUT ideal growth zone is like 40-60 seconds per set, and they don't lock out because it takes tension off of the muscle. The people you are refering to have severe psychological problems and inject bottles of synthol weekly. IFBB pros try to be as big as possible while still maintaining aesthetics. They can't inject 30ccs of synthol a day like Rich Piana and Greg valentino. They do use a considerable amount of synthol though.
Fat gripz sound good. It would be good to mix that in training with a lot of other things. There's many types of training you want to do with your fingers, hands, forearms, wrists.

I like seeing the other people in they gym. I would love to see how Jay handles that skinny guy in the white shirt asking him about advice, or that pokemon in the green shirt that walked by.
Every mr Olympia contender uses synthol, you're so unaware lol its amazing. If you use synthol correctly your muscles will still look natural. Just because you use synthol does not mean you will instantly look like that braindamaged greg valentino guy that used gallons of synthol or more likely vegetable oil.
Doesn't it look fake? You would need to be at the top of your physique development first at the pro level. Do you have to inject it, if so you'd have to inject it into each individual part which could be doable but it sounds confusing. Is it toxic for you body? Do they have a rub on, you can rub it on to your body with a rub on? For everyday purposes I wouldn't use it. I don't know if it looks good for top pros in their competitions. Vanadyl Sulfate may be a good combination with it.

A lot of trainers may get that physique here and there but they don't know how to maintain it with common sense knowledge and the proper exercise, sports, nutrition, and supplement science. As time goes on the conditions get worse for them to come close to maintaining it which is why they only have it in their 20s and early 30s, and then teach haphazardly in that time and into their 40s which is when they retire but continue to give bad teachings. There's a lot of common sense knowledge to know.
The guys don't say what and when they use it because of a simple factor called money. No company will sponsor and athlete if they are boasting about drug enhances. Hence why only the retired bb's will say after retirement. Think with your heads on this one guys. And Greg Valentino,,, steroid abuse not use.
Even though those trainers have been teaching hands on for decades there's so much they don't know that you're supposed to know and so time does not equal quality experience. Why such a short motion range on bench press?

Nah man , it fits perfectly on dumbbells and barbells
