If the BCC was more of a heel faction, Serena Deeb would be an obvious choice....but for babyface female wrestlers, I'm not sure who is on the level of the BCC.

Second, I'm worried just throwing women members into mostly-men factions won't help the women's division get the growth and support it needs. I'd rather see stronger all-women factions like Britt/Jamie/Rebel (although this current trio has maybe run it course), Athena/Kris/Anna and The Baddies that can create their own stories separate from the men. That being said, My first two guesses at a woman BCC member that would make a good fit would be either Jamie Hayter or Leyla Hirsch doing face turns. I'd personally favor Hayter since I think she's done all she can do with her current role at Britt's muscle, she has the toughness chops, and it'd be good for BCC to have someone English in addition to Regal. Hirsch would fit as an undersized underrated scrapper, but obviously she's going to be out a while with her ACL injury.
