This is the oldest full ride through of any small world ride that was recorded (the oldest full ride through of this ride that was recorded in Disneyland was in 1984 but that video is lost)
I actually remember another video several years back of DL version from 1982, but sadly that too is long gone.

My dad hasn't been here since 1982 and my last visit was in 2010. I'd love to go with him one day

The finale room of this ride is supposed to have the same song with the seven part harmony on the chorus

why is it's a small world very dark
Because it's a "dark ride". They gave it a new lighting system when they refurbished it, so now it's more bright and vibrant.

Actually that's just Switzerland Germany is left of france and right of the mountains
