It was wednesday (june, 17th) and it was just awesome.
I was at one on back in May. It was fucking amazing.
I got tears in my eyes when Pete talked about how punk rock will never leave us alone. Punk rock and pop punk has literally changed my life, and I have both FOB and P!ATD to thank for that :)
FOB has been the only thing keeping me from very dark thoughts... I am forever in their debt.

There's a thing that I love a lot in their lives: sometimes Pete looks at Patrick and smiles and he's like "Oh my god, my words are so beautiful when Patrick is singing them" and thats one thing that I love about them because he looks so proud of all the band and everytime it makes me smile like... I can't even explain it

Being judged by your age can actually really suck sometimes.
Just because you're younger doesn't mean people should ridicule you for liking a particular band. I hope you get to go to that concert and if anyone tries to ridicule you for your younger age look them in the eye and tell them it's your life. You should go to one of their concerts, they're so amazing! 👍❤️

A lot of their crowd is 12-16, go and have fun! Trust me, nobody is looking at you. Their shows are great and they sound amazing live! I just went to one two days ago!

The FOB tickets I've been saving up for four years to buy for the concert on my birthday two hours away from my house, I checked on them recently (for the 59th time) THEY WERE SOLD OUT!!!!

Patrick's voice was spot on in this one!
I remember when I was like 4 in the car singing "thnks fr th mmrs" saying "when I grow up I wanna be like these guys." And I honestly wanna thank them because I'm now writing my own songs and singing in shows any chance I get and I'm only 13.
My dreams might come true one day of being able to sing and write for a living but for now. Thank you for giving me the hope to start it. Whether I become something else or not. I've had a really good childhood.

Lots of people sound bad live because they made their career because they had a famous family member and they use lots of auto tune but these guys just sound awesome :D

It's more than likely due to all the weight he's lost, he's not so much out of breath now, such a great improvement.
James Page I think his voice overall is more developed, it's a big difference from folie a deux to when he started his solo stuff not just the actual sound but like he got better, his range usage is better than it was.
Another thing: Male voices don't "settle" until the mid-late 20s and he's 29. He's self-taught, but was doing really elite vocal techniques on a hard tour schedule in the FUCT-FAD era. The jumps into falsetto on She's My Winona come to mind as an insanely demanding element. He's been working with an opera singer and actually has a pro warm-up and does vocal rest when needed now.
I love how FOB is amazing even live! So many bands suck live but are amazing when recorded :p

Saw this song live a few years ago and I think the realisation I was seeing them after years of being a fan and the unity of the crowd- I burst into tears. Front row, right in front of Pete, just sobbing and singing. Best moment.

i never knew that this song was about punk rock... it's offering such a new perspective to the song lyrics and the meaning of the song and tbh it means so much
like lines like "do you wanna feel beautiful?" it's like telling the listener to turn to music to feel better or to feel a bit more okay ... i can relate so much
and then like "i'm outside the door invite me in" implying that music, their music, is there for us when we need it... and "we can go back and play pretend" the music helps us through it. this song means so much more than i thought it did. like, it already was one of my favourite fob songs because of the initial perspective of it that i had, but with the fact that it's about the relationship of the listener and their music is really really moving, and meaningful. bless this song bless fall out boy

I saw them this past summer and i have to say that it was probably the best day of my life! (so far) I cannot wait to see them again. Some artists are great on track but not so great live. With these boys, what you hear on the track is only a small taste of the real thing. These boys are what give the outcasts something to cling to. They give us hope. I liked this video before, but I'm rewatching it now and it feels different. Better somehow. We're all stuck at home and alone, but now more than ever we're supposed to be pulling together, it just feels appropriate.
