There are two books for the introductory ‘learn the game’ system. One is the four scenario booklet with the spiral binding to lay flat. That book has the scenario criteria and goals, and in the case of the first two scenarios, you use that book in place of the board to learn a few of the first few rules. The other scenarios of the learn to play have you using the game board. These scenarios ramp up the rules so that when You’ve done all four, you’ve learned most of the game flow and rules to the full game. The other booklet works with the first booklet and these learn to play scenarios by explaining the rules needed to play them. You use both to learn to play. Then there is the rule book itself for people who already know how to play or have already played the learn to play scenarios.
If you’re looking for a heavy rules driven game, this is the one to get. The theme is awesome and the mechanics are really cool, but you need to get over the hump of learning the game. I feel it’s worth it I will say the Kickstarter was a nightmare.
I just got my copy of the game too. Maybe you have noticed already but the 7 original scenarious are in the box as well, beside the 4 introductory ones. I bought The Book of Adventures separately and it's incredible. It basically takes the replayability of the game to a whole new level. Btw, where did you order the neoprene mat from?
My fav board game and the board game company that i most hate. The neopreme mat have icon missing in a fkng board game remake that took them 3 years. DONT GET THE NEOPREME MAT

Yup
Such a great game !!
If it wasn’t for you I never would have played it
My understanding was that awaken realms did the miniatures for the game.
Really? Well done
I backed the Kickstarter Collector's Edition. It also had a Dice Tower which is kind of cool.
Very cool
There are more "Collectors editions"? I saw a few videos where the box includes more miniatures.
I been ripped off

Go Hawks!
You know it
Doesnt make sense to name it 'collector's edition' ... Maybe 'Special edition' or 'Deluxe' would be more accurate.
