My dad a landscaper but every time I go with him to do a estimate I see that he doesn't know anything about landscaping I try to help but im not a landscaper so I just look up the stuff on Google or UA-cam we basically what we do is cut yards,bush trimming, clean out flower beds, flowers beds landscaping and fencing only and we don't get much work and is a struggle for him and me he keeps telling me that he wants to stope the business but I really don't want to cause thats the only job he started and put money in to it and I really want to stay with the job but I don't know how to run a landscaping business
Bro You gotta educate yourself Go to the bookstore And go to the business section and grab books on how to run a business It’s a constant process of learning That’s how I doing it and have for 13 years
