how this tech works: back dash has no delay even when extremely high ping, however your moves do have delay based on ping. so if you use a move and back dash, the back dash will activate before the move does since it has no delay. Then the move will activate mid back dash, making the illusion that you canceled back dash. ( 🤓🤓 )
i think they patched it, sorta, cuz when i do it, my character doesnt even move, i can hear the sound effects of the backdash, but my character doesnt move, unless im doing smt wrong

btw if u have high ping u should do the skill first then backdash and for low ping players u should backdash then do the skill

You aren't timing it good enough, its much easier to time on 80+ ping.
