- The supply chain operations reference model or SCOR is a tool to help companies understand and manage the flow of goods and services through the supply chain. It is a collection of processes, activities, and entities that make up the business’s supply chain. By integrating key elements such as planning, sourcing, production, transportation, inventory management, and delivery, the model helps you to identify potential problems and opportunities.
In this video, you will understand the SCOR Meaning, SCOR Model definition, and SCOR framework with the SCOR model example. By understanding how products are made and managed throughout their lifecycle, you can better predict supply-chain risks and increase efficiency.
The video explains how your SCOR process can be used to develop consistent supply quality practices across your business. It is important to have a highly robust model that includes all of the parts of the process. A basic structure for your model should be reviewed on an ongoing basis. You should also be sure to update your model periodically to reflect new changes in your business environment (e.g., new product launches).

With all the SCOR info in internet happens the same, it shows as an standard framework of processes but when you actually look for them, they are not available anywhere, always is "model your company to this general labels". What happens if i want to start from zero a company and want to start it with the standard SCOR model as is my case?
Thanks
Welcome
