중국산 게임들도 많이 들어오는것도 대응 잘해야돼는듯 해킹껀
문제는 국내기관들이 중국산 장비를 사용하는데가 있다는게문제죠.. 그러니 해킹하는데는 쉽다는겁니다
우리도 국정원이나 국군 사이버부대가 전담하지말고 과기부 산하 조직으로 해서 화이트해커나
블랙해커들을 두고서 전방위적인 시스템관리로 해킹공격에 대비를 하는게 국가안보적으로 중요하지
않을까 생각이듭니다
사이버 보안 역량을 대폭 키워야하겠습니다. 우리나라 사이버 보안이 취약하다는 말은 들었는데 지금은 어떨지 모르겠습니다. 그나저나 해킹 방식에서도 국가 성격 나오네요. 장기간 시간들여 야금야금 잠복하여 결정적인 것만 싹 빼가는 중국, 정면 승부로 나와서 빠르게 대규모 공격을하고 최대한 많이 손에넣고 나가버리는 러시아...중국은 바둑이고 러시아는 체스네요.
찐삥이 인구믿고 까불어댄다 수준이 그러니 21세기말엔 민주화 될거같기도 하고 서너개로 나눠질거같기도하고
우리나라는 어떤 대응을 하고 있는지 미래에는 어떤 정책이 있는지도 궁금합니다.

우리나라 화이트 해커를 10만명 양성 해서 적국의 전산망 폭파,군사 기밀 교란,통신 오접속,중앙 은행 해외 송수신 자본 이동 파괴등 우리를 노리면 언제든지 멸망의 지름 길로 단 한방에 보낼 수 있다는 능력을 한번쯤 보여 주어야 해킹 시도를 막고 만일 시도시 바로 해커를 목표로 파괴 작전을 수행 하도록 시스템 구축이 필요 하다.이것도 자주 국방의 하나의 길이다.

금강경에서 "여몽환포영"이라고 설법되어 있는데 현상계는 꿈과 같고 환상과 같고 거품과 같고 그림자와 같다는 뜻이며 또 반야심경에는 "부증불감"이라고 현상계는 증가하지도 않고 감소하지도 않는다는 뜻으로 이 세상이 매트릭스 가상증강현실임을 알려주고 있음. 이러한 매트릭스를 설계한 존재는 부처 보다 상위의 존재로 물질계는 물론 모든 불국토를 창조한 것임을 화엄경 전체에 설법되어 있음. 다만 직접적인 설법이 아닌 화엄경 전체를 통찰하여 이해해야만 함. 예수는 지옥을 관장하는 지장보살이자 다음대의 부처인 미륵(법화경에 미륵 이라는 이름의 뜻이 '사랑'이라고 나옴)보살이며 그래서 예수가 "오직 선한 자는 한 분이시니라"라고 한 것임. 그 선한 자는 구약의 신이 아니며 예수의 어록에서 여러가지 비유는 대반열반경(일반열반경과 다른 경전)이라는 경전 내용과 그대로 일치함. 매트릭스를 설계하고 운영하는 존재는 전지전능한 존재임.
소아(小我)적 사랑과 대아(大我대반열반경에 나오는 단어임. 한국은 '참나'로 사용중)적 사랑은 다름. "(마태) 네 집안의 식구가 원수니라. 그 원수를 사랑하라" "네 이웃을 네 몸과 같이 사랑해야만 하는 이유"에 대해서 연구해 보세요. 그리고 초월적 사랑인 "이 우주에 대자대비심 외에 지켜야 할 법이란 없다"는 대자대비심이 무엇인지도 공부해 보세요.
(마태22장 36-40) "선생님, 율법서에서 어느 계명이 가장 큰 계명입니까?" 하고 물었다.
예수께서 이렇게 대답하셨다. "'네 마음을 다하고 목숨을 다하고 뜻을 다하여 주님이신 너희 하나님(구약의 하느님이 아닌, 오로지 선한 자는 한 분이시니라의 하나님)을 사랑하여라.'

사리자여, 모든 보살마하살은 얻을 바 없음(無所得 : 무소득)으로써 방편을 삼아 모든 유정에게 크게 불쌍히 여기는 마음(大悲心 : 대비심)을 일으켜 부모와 형제와 처자와 자기의 몸과 같다는 생각에 머무르고, 그들을 제도하기 위하여 위없이 바르고 평등한 깨달음(無上正等覺 : 무상정등각)의 마음을 일으켜야 능히 그들을 위해 큰 이익을 지을 수 있기 때문입니다.

The interpretation of the Diamond Sutra and the Heart Sutra
The Diamond Sutra and the Heart Sutra are two of the most important sutras in Buddhism. They teach about the emptiness of phenomena and the true nature of reality.
The Diamond Sutra(금강경)'s "like a dream, an illusion, a bubble, a shadow"
The Heart Sutra(반야심경)'s "phenomena is that not be neither increase nor decrease"
Based on these interpretations, the two sutras can be said to teach that phenomena are like a virtual reality, like the Matrix. In other words, phenomena are illusions that do not have any inherent existence. The reality that we perceive is of a different dimension from the actual reality.
The being who designed the Matrix
Avatamsaka-Sutra(화엄경) teach that the being who designed the Matrix is a being superior to the Buddha. This being is described in the Avatamsaka Sutra as the being who creates all phenomena through the principle of "interdependent origination.
According to the Avatamsaka Sutra, the being who creates and operates the realm of phenomena is an omniscient and omnipotent being. In other words, this being has the ability to understand the relationships between all phenomena and to create and operate the realm of phenomena through these relationships.
Jesus said, "There is only one who is good," which is consistent with the principle of "interdependent origination" taught in the Avatamsaka Sutra.
Jesus' sayings contain various analogies that are consistent with the content of the Mahaparinirvana-Sutra(대승열반경 or 대반열반경).
If this claim is true, then Jesus is both the Bodhisattva of the Earth who presides over hell and the next Buddha, Maitreya Bodhisattva. In other words, Jesus is a great saint who realized the emptiness of phenomena and pursued the true nature of reality.
Egoistic love and altruistic love
Egoistic love is self-centered love that regards others as one's possessions. On the other hand, altruistic love is love that accepts others as they are.
In the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus said, "Love your neighbor as yourself." This is a statement that emphasizes the meaning of altruistic love. Jesus taught that we should practice love that goes beyond egoistic love and accepts others as they are.
Great Love-compassion(대자대비심)
Great compassion is the mind that loves all beings. In other words, great compassion is the mind that sees all beings as equals and wishes for their happiness.
According to the Mahaparinirvana Sutra, there is no law to be upheld in the universe other than great compassion. In other words, great compassion is the fundamental principle that governs the universe.
"(Matthew) Your family is the enemy. Love the enemy."
(Matthew 22:36-40) "Teacher, which commandment is the greatest commandment in the Book of Law?"
He replied, "Do your heart, do your life, and do your will, and love your God, who is the Lord (not the God of old medicine, but the God of God who is only good)."
This is the biggest and first commandment,
"Love your neighbors as much as your body." The second commandment is just as important.
These two commandments are the gist of all laws and prophecies."
Large Prajñāpāramitā Sūtras(대반야경)
Sarija, all carelessness must be taken by means of 'nothing to be gained(무소득)'.
You have to arouse a feeling of great love-compassion for all beings.
You should let your parents, brothers, wives and children stay on the same as your body.
This is because in order to save them, it is necessary to reach a 'right and equal enlightenment with no top and no bottom(무상정등각)'.
Lotus Sūtra: Sūtra on the White Lotus of the True Dharma(묘법연화경 or 법화경)
- The name Maitreya-Bodhisattva(미륵보살) itself means Love.
Conclusion
The emptiness of phenomena and the true nature of reality are taught in all Buddhist scriptures. These scriptures reveal that the person who designed virtual reality like a matrix is an omnipotent being. It also emphasizes that Jesus and the Maitreya Bodhisattva are the same beings and that Jesus is a great saint who practiced altruistic love and great compassion.
