Glad you explained the differences of all Hot Pursuit games (NFS3, HP2, 2010, and this). "Sharp-turning" is brake-to-drift, indeed slower, but not slower than crashing into a wall or anything. And yes, races will be more fun in the later tiers. Online is great, but I doubt Sayori would be able to resist not able to be toxic for the entirety of a game. I would play too, if my hardware weren't so trash.
