It's critical to consider students' or learners' holistic development, which encompasses values and cognitive abilities. When we talk about cognitive development, it indicate the stimulation of different cognitive domains by the content. It gives learners the chance to put their knowledge into practice as opposed to rote memorization. I also came to the realization that the principles that emphasize inclusivity, relevance, and the holistic development of learners should serve as a guide for the selection and arrangement of content.

What I learned in this video about the cognition skills and values is that cognitive development gives students opportunities to apply their knowledge on the real world, not just basic learning. As a part of remembering, it is only the lowest level, but when they remember, they are applied to a specific situation that is in a realistic situation, so their level of cognition is somewhat high.

I learned that cognitive development, rather than rote memorization, is used in cognitive skills and values. This can also benefit students with critical thinking, creativity, and problem solving. The acquisition of skills is aimed at improving student's communication skills as well as their overall skills. The principles and ethics teach the learners to be responsible decision makers. The last point to consider is the students' grasp of the lessons. All of this can assist these students have more productive learning experiences.

In this video, I have learned that in making instructional material there has to be content where cognitive development is done as it is where the critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving of the learners are challenged and trained resulting in improvement of the learners in these aspects. Another thing that I learned is the need to put content that can acquire skills such as practical skills that improve technical, communication, and research skills. There should be also a focus on providing content with Values and ethics in the learning material that teaches the learners about morality.Furthermore this topic also included that there should be diversity and inclusion in it's content to ensure all perspectives are shown.

Cognitive Development, Skills, and Values have an important role in organizing teaching materials because through this you will know what the content should be or what your learning materials have and the learners skills are even more enhanced in terms of communication, problem solving and the learners also learns something in terms of ethics not only in the part that the learners adapted to the new study and only applied their knowledge but their skills, value, and thinking skills should be further developed.

What I have learned in Cognitive Skills, and Values is that when we say cognitive development it provide opportunities for the students for them to apply knowledge and not just basically more of memorization. However, as part of memorization it's just only the lowest level but if they will memorize will be applied for a certain situation that is into realistic situation therefore the level of their cognitive is a little high.

I have learned that whenever we craft instructional materials, we should emphasize the holistic development of the learners, which includes our cognitive, skills and values. We should select contents and activities that stimulate various cognitive domains, such as critical thinking, problem solvingand creativity. Moreover, we need to create content or activities that facilitate the development of practical skills in order to provide them with effective learning experiences.

In crafting instructional materials, you must look at the learning and to the holistic development of the learners, which includes their cognitive abilities, skills and values. Bloom's Taxonomy is a catalyst in creating an effective learning material. To ensure the cognitive development of learners, critical thinking, problem solving and creativity must be considered, and we must give the students an opportunity to apply their knowledge and not only in memorization. We must integrate a content that will help the students to develop their overall skills and practical skills to be applied to a practical situation or in a day-to- day basis. Integrating values and ethics is also important which will help students in determining the right and wrong, make them understand what is ethical and the values within the content that is right and valuable in the society, and we must create an equal opportunity to different kind of learners as we know that learners needs are diverse and must be inclusive.

This video discussion highlights the importance of students' overall development, including cognitive development, skill development, and value development.Cognitive skills development aims to promote critical thinking, problem solving, and creativity, while skills acquisition focuses on practical, transferable skills such as communication, research, and technical skills.Values and ethics are also important factors, helping students make ethical decisions and prioritizing moral, cultural, and responsible decisions with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion. When selecting and organizing instructional content, the focus should be on relevance, inclusiveness, and holistic development of learners to prepare them for lifelong learning.

John Kendrick Fiegalan | I've come to understand the significance of three essential elements in this discussion: values, skills, and cognition. Gaining knowledge and improving problem-solving abilities are key components of cognition, which helps me think critically and efficiently process information. Beyond knowledge, skills involve putting what I've learned into practice and developing abilities like communication and flexibility. Furthermore, I've realized how important it is to instill values in myself-that is, moral and ethical principles that influence my attitudes and actions. Through this comprehensive learning process, I have gained the knowledge and skills to apply that knowledge in a variety of contexts while upholding crucial ethical principles.
