As a self taught music producer, the ambient sounds design in this song is phenomenal, it’s so realistic, angry, and terrifying. The distortion is so well done. I’ve listened to this on loop for around 2 hours, thank you Kane.
@@russiangoose7053 If you are looking into more ambient songs like this then I highly suggest quickly deciding between software and hardware, a lot of ambient producers like to use modular synths, but that can get expensive quick. I prefer to make all my sounds digitally, or record sounds and distort them with effects. I don't want to get too far into detail, but pick up a DAW, try recording some chords and going crazy with the effects. Reverb, distortion, and all of that stuff, then try learning about writing parts for synths, and try to just be creative and slow with it. Ambient music is a lot more about sound design than composition. While both are still important, composition takes the background to sound design. Every ambient producer has their own unique sound to them, try to find your own.
It's impressive just how many riffs and various themes were weaved together in this piece, and it evolves well, seeming to carry its own narrative. Very impressive!

But none of this is confirmed so we’ll just have to wait and see eh? :)
