    I have been so bad about commenting!! But the boyfriend and I have been keeping up! He's never really done and yoga or pilates and is finding that its HARD!! He really struggled today with the prone back exercises today. I love this workout today because I felt like I got some good stretching in along with the workout! Thank you so much J! Sorry I've been bad about commenting recently but I'll try and get on track!

    Day 58 done. Imagine a pair of 3 pounders had my arms on fire that I had to drop my arm.🙈 Enjoyed the session…looking forward to the next! Thanks Juliette

    Super class . The weights at the end while on our abdomen was very hard ! But I lived the class! Thanks

    Excellent session 🙂. Did with 2x3 kgrs dumbbells..swimmer was a challenge but I went through. Thank you Juliette 👍👏👌

    The most sacrificed is handly with the weight so 50 %i made without, I m happy with roll over and teaser contemporary, its like flying, thank you juliette.

    This pilates was so much challenging i didn't use my roller form today, after finish so my tríceps are burned and sore, on fire 3 hours later workout.
