He really struggled today with the prone back exercises today. I love this workout today because I felt like I got some good stretching in along with the workout! Thank you so much J! The most sacrificed is handly with the weight so 50 %i made without, I m happy with roll over and teaser contemporary, its like flying, thank you juliette.
