Pests rule vegetable and fruit gardening,/growing in mid to south Florida. people think it is the suffocating heat matched with torrential rainy season, but you can protect a certain extent from that...the perfectly colored insects, orange-tree wasps, cabbage bugs, mango bugs that arrive en masse by May right among the nasturtium companion planted with marigolds, ladybugs, you name it ...us phenomenal, hats off to the daily, meticulous growers keeping up with it and striving for organic pesticide-free produce, how they do it, I don't know.

Theres a huge problem with people selling non air rooted or grafted trees on the big island that sell expensive good looking citrus etc… for top dollar and all your growing is a tree. I air graft clone all my fruiting trees and youll get fruit instantly cause they are from fruiting tree stock. Look like what your selling is kinda worthless. Not worthless. They will fruit eventually. Pruning has nothing to to with it though. None fruited tree is still gonna take as much time as it needs and first fruit will be non productive. Trees from flowering tree stalk will give you fruit set first year you get them during its time. No matter what.
