My wife doesn't like lamb. I made this recipe anyway. it was delicious. It was an 8 bone rack and she ate all 4 of hers. Looks like lamb is going to be in our regular rotation now. Yay!!! Thank you so much for the guidance.

Does the blow torch give the meat a chemical flavor or smell?
Great question! The way this one is designed, it does not give the food “torch taste” at all.
Fun fact, that Kirkland lamb rack is from New Zealand and 100% grass fed.
Their spring lamb is from NZ. Their regular rack of lamb is a product of Australia.
