Kyoto is a definitely a dream location to experience and photograph. Love the implementation of cinematic b-roll with the POV and stills! Adrien’s content is always evolving
I'm a fan! Your images are, to me, among the best out there. Really surprised these brands aren't inviting you as an ambassador. I was a photo nerd myself for the past ten years until I had to sell my gear when I lost my job. Your work inspires me to get back into the hobby. . . particularly wishing for a GRIII. I don't know when I'll be able to afford one, but watching your videos is good enough for now. Keep it up!
Lovely video again man I love these POV style ones. Random question but does the A7IV’s shutter actually sound like that? If so it’s so much nicer than the previous Sony sound 😍
Relaxing vid, smooth music, commentary a plus, Adrien. New mic (?) solves any reverb problems. Pagoda night shots my fav. Images of Kiyomizudera work well - difficult to get what you have in mind in tourist heavy zones. A few timeless images in the mix. Long ago I was in Japan (in month of September, as I recall - no one told me it was the rainy season.) Re missed focus - what focus area were you using?
Glad you enjoyed it! No, same mic but I actually made some trials and found a solution to make it sound better haha. I change depending on the scenario but sometimes the WIDE and most of the time the tracking focus
Very pleasant video. Interesting to experience Kyoto from the photographer’s lens - I did it twice as a plain vanilla tourist. Tourist who are, somehow, lacking in the landscape :)
My camera, the sony a7iv is overkill for someone who is just starting I think but if you have the budget go for it. In terms of lens, I would suggest taking at standard zoom lens to start. One that goes either from 24 or 28mm up to 70 or 75mm. Using this one a lot and after a few months of regular practice I would suggest you to buy a prime lens that has the same focal length as most of your preferred shot that you take with the zoom lens.
I have been dreaming of moving to Japan for a very long time. Also my girl is Japanese and before travel restrictions happened we already agreed on the fact that I would be coming and live with her. It just took much longer than expected ^^'

Thanks for your comment. Indeed I have been adding more cinematic broll sequence to enhance the experience and story telling. Glad you like it.
Wow, 12:29 is a wonderful picture, very cinematic !

I love the dark moody music in combination with the pictures, it really creates some suspense. Another fantastic video!
Thanks again for your encouraging comment and for being a trusty viewer 🙌🏻
@@adriensanguinetti No no thank you for the content, I'm enjoying these a lot. Can't wait for the other video you mentioned. 💯
isn't it funny how the street crossing sounds can be such a strong trigger for memory
I can’t agree more! I have heard that sounds and smell are very strong memory triggers
Trés belles photos. Superbe balade.
You stated that there was an absence of tourists, is there is a reason why there were none? Incredible shots and jealous of the lack of crowds.

Loving these recent videos man. 😁
Glad you like them! I am putting more effort into them and it looks like everyone is happy with that :)

What lens do you recommend for street photography and video? I want to buy that same camera and I am a novice in photography
