If you're on a tight budget, then you've to accept that some adjustments will have to be made, for example: number of guests, choice of outfit, type of venue, etc. You'll also need to approach and book vendors within your budget and make decisions on which part of your wedding to prioritize. Some of the amount are being exaggerated no makeup cost as high as ¢10,000 the highest i know is ¢5,000
