The defendant conspiculously left out the part about the dogs running outside of the gate. It went from 'my dogs greeted me' to 'my dogs were jumping near the plaintifff.' The most important thing is that they went out of the gate and THEN engaged the plaintiff. JJ having none of it.

My best friends boyfriend has a dog. He occasionally brings it to the beach without a collar. And it runs up to everyone. I have mentioned to him several times that it is unsafe. For others and his dog. He doesnt listen. Always baffles me how people think the world revolves around them. Keep your animal in check or don’t have one people!!!!!

My Uncle Jeff Had Been Working At The School House Manner In The Village Of Oakfield The School House Manner Is Just a Short Walk From His House.
I Was Spending The Whole Day With Him & My Aunt Darla & He Told Me That He Was Attacked By A Dog While He Was Out Gathering Some PortaJohns For The School House Manner.
On Sunday June Sixteenth We Had Gathered At My Grandparents House For Father’s Day Dinner, After Dinner My Uncle Jeff Had Showed Me & The Rest Of The Family What Had Happened To Him While He Was Working.
But He & Aunt Darla Had No Clue What Kind Of Dog It Was That Had Bitten Him To This Day My Uncle Jeff & Aunt Darla Are Still Unsure Of What Kind Of Dog It Was That Had Bit My Poor Uncle Jeff That Day
I will always take a dog's side when possible, but give me a break. This pet owner is actually taking the position that it's the public-property bite victim's fault for making a Helen Keller noise?

That road is a steep hill in a rural area, surprises me that the plaintiff would be walking there with a developmentally disabled person. But for whatever reason, they were.
