Under cover is not about covering faces.
Undercover is about disguising to be someone else. So he is write it's not just about covering your face but disguise.

I like Ken, but his definition of undercover is incorrect. Undercover agents don't cover their faces. Their cover is their anonymity , the moment you show their face and link it to their job, you have blown their cover.
