Its just that i have lost hope on almost every tws buds because everytime i buy one… it turns out sounding really off to me.. the true imaging that u get when hearing neutral speakers in front of you is somehow completely distorted in all those tws bcoz of their weird frequency responses.

I have the Soundcore A40 that I use on the treadmill, love the ANC. I particularly like what I call the 'cufflink' style A40 earbuds over the Apple 'stem' style earbuds. The cufflink style earbuds stay in my big ears best, also I prefer the passive noise blocking. Until Soundcore update the A40 I can't see me changing earbuds but I love watching your videos on earbuds. Thanks man.

Hello i just wanted to say that the AirPods are awesome but they seem to get uncomfortable after 1hour use . I dont think the spinfit is the issue but the edges of the earbud hurt the inside corner of my ear 3:14
Also this is after using them for a month. I just wanted to know if theres a way to fix that

Yes. I use CP1025 with mine.
3anc gets a little bloated at higher volume, but thats where the audiophile tuning comes in play. Original between pro is my fav eq, and audiophile sounds great at louder volumes.

Dope to see my Oneplus Buds Pro 2 (#3 spot) and Between 3 ANC (#1 spot) are rocking your list! I tried the CMF Buds by Nothing and admit they can't touch the other 2 which will likely push me to trying the Nothing 2024 model to compare. Oneplus are the current all-arounders. BT3ANC are simply exceptional on sound quality...PERIOD! Thx and looking forward to future comparisons!!

Hey EL, JEFE. I hope all is well. This is unrelated, but I'm hoping that someone might be able to help me out. I have many different set of earbuds, but there is a decent amount of them that their apps constantly drop out, and I'm constantly having to reconnect them. I also have some where this is never a problem. What gives? Why do I have to repeatedly reconnect apps like this? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated as this problem is driving me nuts.

Nothing Ear sounds pretty great with sound personalization and aftermarket tips (I have orange Penon Liqueur tips). Doesnt beat 3anc though, but app2 i'd say yes. app2 is still my daily driver though.

I don't prefer one over the other for sound. They are tuned different. The OnePlus are more bass heavy and the Nothing are more balanced. So you have to choose your preferred flavor.
ANC feels stronger on Nothing but it's not by much. Not really a deciding factor here. Too close.
I went with the OP buds 3 simply for the fit. I think the stem in the Nothing is too short, and i had to constantly push them back in. ANC is pretty similar and sound quality also depends on what you like

One of my biggest issues with earbuds has always been the poor microphone quality.

1) It sounds like you enjoy their balanced tuning more than OnePlus’s more V-shaped tuning?
2) You also said they have good detail/ instrument separation - are these specific aspects also better than OnePlus?
3) With EQ, can they do V-shaped better than OnePlus can?

How is the size of the spintips? I have the Nothing Ear 2024. And the medium tip works. But they need to site very precisely to seal properly. The large seal well but press enough to be annoying after a while. I rummaged through my old stuff and ended up using size L of some random set, probably what was included with a Samsung galaxy S7 or S9. But I feel like it could be better still. I've allways found size M to be comfortable on the cheap in ears I've had up until now. But are the spintips small or large compared to other tips; should I look up or down in size?
Looking closer at the spinfits they actually advertise the measurements of the various sizes. So I measured the tips of the original Nothing ear's . Turns out the included ones aren't round but the medium size are 11 mm in one dimension and 12 mm in the other. So I will get spinfits size m which are 12 mm and round like the cheap one I use right now. (I hope this will be useful for someone. I might return with a comment on the fit when I receive them.)
Probably not a single soul will read this. But I'll write it up for my own sake.
The Spinfits are really well engineered. They use a firmer silicone for the grabby-ring than the earplug. But that just makes them harder to put on to the nozzles, so I would probably call them over engineered.
As for the fit. I switched back and forth between the Samsung "free ones" and the Spinfits. And just the fact that I needed to switch back and forth at least 5 times over several hours in order to make a decision, probably tells a lot. Ear canals are so personal and varying. But I did end up sticking to the Spinfits. But if I had had the option to try then for free I wouldn't have bothered buying them. I'ts a good product but in no way dramatically better than the cheapest competitor.
I gotta ask.
With such gains in tech with these earbuds.
How close is it to the Sony XM4/XM5 in ANC? I'm wondering if I can get away with a set of these instead of bringing over the ear cans on a plane.
I'm still thinking the over the ears will always have a massive advantage since it does seal your entire ear off from the noise in an airplane cabin.

Over-ears are still superior for flights. The best compromise would be to use foam ear tips with a set of earbuds. Foam has better passive noise isolation when compared to silicone. This boost the noise cancellation effect noticeably so this could be a solution for your needs.

Sound is completely different. If you prefer less bass and a more balanced sound then yes, if not then no.

They were included in this round of testing. They performed well in ANC testing but were outperformed by these 5 in the other categories. They are still very good earbuds, just not good enough to make this Top 5 list in my personal opinion.

❓️❓️❓️I have 3 pairs of 1More's... Stylish, Evo's, and Piston's. With every pair after a year or 2, one of the buds starts cutting out for a couple of weeks and then dies all together. So with all 3, only one side works with each now. They're useless to me, unfortunately.

This might not have to do much with the earbuds in this video but I just wanted to share. So I bought the Sony wfxm5s refurbished on ebay for an awesome price. And I also bought some spintfit eartips just in case I didn't like the foam ones they came with. And when they arrived and I tried the foam they just felt uncomfortable so I switched them for the spinfit (with some struggling) and they were way better. A week later i saw a pair of JBL Live pro 2 for a great price used. So when I got them they only came with the large eartips and and they kept slipping out of my ears. So I thought and decided to try to switch out the spinfit on the sonys and put the Jbl eartips on the sonys and it worked out perfectly. I say alo that to say thanks for the recommendation.

And when i had silicone tips on there it was not nearly as good.
Fair enough. But if I really want to improve ANC effect, I swap in a set of memory foam tips. The foam tips can improve ANC on any earbuds.

Nothing ear or Engine 4 if ANC not significant, only sound quality?
If only on sound and you don't need the extra features, I would choose Soundpeats and save the extra money.

You should have a "most improved" award. I've actually heard good things about the new JLab flagship although I have not tried it. But apparently it's taking a huge leap in audio quality.

Well it makes since why would Samsung bring the earbuds app to iOS when apple won’t make a app for AirPods use on android. But Samsung did bring earbuds app with the galaxy buds + and the galaxy buds live that was the last time they brought it to iOS. Know with beats apple does make an app for android which is weird but Apple won’t do one for android with AirPods.
Thats my point. We had it with the OG Buds and Buds+ then they stopped. Why start and then take it away? They can still have Samsung-Only features but no app on iOS makes no sense.
