As you were making this video Cat, did you pinch yourself and think of how blessed your life is? I'm sure it has its challenges from time to time, but my God, what a life! This video is Discovery Channel worthy, and I'm not kidding! Like others have said, you have a gift for producing this kind of content. I don't share many videos on my Facebook feed, but this one is going there now. Hey! I have a new challenge for you in 2023... get a drone and get your drone license. The drone footage you used in this video from Dan absolutely adds a special something to outdoor videos! I know you have friends (including me) who would be happy to help you out in this regard. ;)
As an aside... one of my favorite scenes in this entire video is the few seconds of you, in the blue stocking cap, peeking out from under your sleeping bag. To me, this sums up your life in such a special way! I don't know... call me weird.

What a great job you did on this video Catherine! Reminds me why I've always said "the west is the best!". I especially enjoyed all the clips from the fall/winter/early spring (i.e. snowy). I have not gotten to see near enough of the western US during those seasons. I hope to rectify that. Keep up the good work and Happy Hollidays!

Although I have watched all your videos this was a Wonderful 👍 recap of all the places you went to in 2022. Beautifully put together. I was nervous and scared but I wanted to say that you inspired me to go camping. I just used my 2003 Mazda 6 and went for it. What started out was just going to Craters of the Moon National Park 7.5 hours from North Central Montana where I live to camp right in the park. I ended up staying not 1 but 2 nights because my first night of ever doing this was amazing. The fear was gone. So I said keep going. I ended up going 4 states Idaho, Oregon, Washington, back through top of Idaho down south of Montana then home for 13 days and 2490 miles. I went to Craters, Ketchum ID, Stanley ID, Bend Oregon Badlands Wilderness, all along Oregon coast beaches, Tillamook Blue Heron Harvest Host, Leavenworth WA, Coeur d'Alene Idaho and Philipsburg Montana. Camping at N.P., N.F, BLM, Harvest Host, Rest Area. All campsites we're incredibly beautiful even Rest stop in Washington was so beautiful. Had the time of my life. So I can see how living in any vehicle would be a great idea because I did it in a sedan sleeping in my backseat. It's about really living out of your rig no matter what it is not in it...to explore beautiful places. Thank you for sharing your life because had I not seen them from you I wouldn't have known to go to these places or had the courage to try it out. ❤️

Agree Mark! What a life! Most only dream (or watch your shows Cat) of a life such as yours. And as per Marks comment, we don't see all the hassles you do go through, but that is just part of it uh. My husband and I purchased two HD Tri Glides (with cargo space) and plan to load up and see many of the places you have already left footprints Cat. We are so looking forward to seeing them in person, but boy the talent you have in capturing what you see on film. Just talent and a special gift to have an eye to see what most do not. A spectacular display of nature's beauty. Living the nomadic life has its advantages and disadvantages like most things do. I don't believe Living alone is a good idea.If your out in the middle nowhere and something happens to you its a good Idea to have someone with you. Hiking alone weather its a day hike or extended hike is never a good idea. Keep the videos coming I love them.

We’ve been traveling the southeast, and are currently in AL, along the gulf. After the first of the year we’ll be heading to the southwest, and, eventually, the northwest, and then back to our home base which is the smokie mountains. We have all the time in the world and want to enjoy our travels.
Question … do you have a list of your recipes anywhere? Any one that I’ve tried is delicious,, but I know there are more I’ve overlooked.

Cat, thank you for sharing another year of your adventures! Your photography and videography are awe inspiring! It's been fun to keep up with your transition from truck camper to travel trailer too. The visibility out the back is really a nice upgrade you clearly enjoy. 1 1/2 years into full time RV'ing I haven't made it west of Phoenix yet but hope to do that as soon as this spring. We almost crossed paths in the Superstition Mountains area. I was in Benson, AZ , SE of Mt. Lemon at that time. Last winter for me, SE Arizona. This year Galveston Island.

Living in the uk, I’ve been lucky enough to have been all over the world, but my most memorable road trips have been around the USA. The most recent was renting a 4x4 for a month driving from Seattle straight across to North Dakota via Montana, and then back via Utah and Wyoming, camping out in Yellowstone in the middle of winter. You have such a beautiful country. Wild camping in the UK is a lot more restrictive. Great videos.
