Yeah right when i complete it, they do this. I could only ban one map and chose mines. I would always get Himmelsdorf, Ensk and Redshire as if they would be the only existing map in the game, crazy. The first time i got Malinovka i did it in the matter of 2-3 minutes. Aah the Manti, i like it and i hate it at the same time. And thanks teammates for allowing me to get obj 260 (finally)

It's possible that rather than the random event system being something that plays "on top of" the maps WG has actually just made multiple copies of each map with events, each with different timings on the event, and treats them like seperate maps - leading to repeats. They gotta treat them all as one for map rotating purposes or we'll get streaks of all maps with events.
It depends entirely on the implementation. It would be infinitely easier to assign each map a weight than to copy an entire map and have that extra space taken up on disk and in memory (partly).
I have nearly 28 000 games in light tanks and I know the joy of teammates that can hit targets ....lol Now my best is only 13K assist but have broken 10K more then a hundred times with 1/3 of those being in my Evil 90
I turned off "Maps under development" as soon as I saw the same maps over and over again (I don't care much about Prokhorovka and LT's in general), but what pisses me off even more is the fact that I banned Ensk because I hate it but still keep getting it like once every ten games (or even more often) just because I have Encounter mode turned on. What is a point of banning maps if you still play on them way more often than any other map??

Because the “maps in development” thing has been changed. They were testing the maps with random events so when that box was checked they would put you in maps that had random events more often. Obviously that’s not the case anymore because random events don’t need testing anymore.

Prokh is best for lt's.. i had 18k with manti only spot dmg climbed to 94.95% and than ruinberg 2x in a row,himmel,ensk... And can u imagine i had 13k spot on paris with manti also 😂 have screenshoots somewhere

they had micro patch today and probably changed something for that testing maps, now i do not get so much random events maps
