Nice house but for that price I would expect better custom shelves and drawers in pantry, and bedrooms. That’s cheap carpenters shelving made and sprayed on site. Appliances should be Wolf, Subzero or equivalent. Upstairs laundry is smart, needs a pocket door Into the big bedroom for easy access to closet. Need folding area in laundry. Countertops should be better than quartz, like Carerra marble or expensive granite. Otherwise very nice transitional look.
Thanks, Andre! It's all the area with homes like these. The closer you get to the city, the more you're going to see this. Not unlike larger metro areas around the country.
This is what’s wrong with Charlotte. $1.6M for a home surrounded by low income housing (clearly visible in beginning drone footage). And people pay this much for this, and more.
Gorgeous! ❤❤
Thank you, Valerie! You and I are on the same page here 💙
What a lovely home.
Thanks so much for watching! 💛🏡

Thanks for the feedback. Appreciate the support!!
$445.00 a sq. Ft. Is insane.
Worth what someone is willing is pay. And someone paid that ppf.
Very nice but for this price I would prefer for the garage to be attached.

Love your videos 🤍🤍🤍
Thank you so much for taking the time to watch and the continued support!! 💙
Looks spooky.
Too funny, Josh! I can see that kind of house on the hill during 🎃 look.
Beautiful house, but living that close to a low income apartment complex, not ideal at all for many logical reasons...
Thanks Daniel. Land is @ a premium. Even that close to housing, the home was still able to command a nearly $2M price tag. Location Location Location.

It's all about location. If someone wants to be close to Uptown and other amenities, they'll be willing to pay a premium.
