However I think he has put in a lof of craft and effort other than than just cleaning it, to restore the shoe, he has professionally painted it. My conclusion is that he has done an incredible piece of work.

Before he cleans it, look close at the toe of the shoe, you can see a coulple of spot that are worn down to the ''leather''. The shoe polish covers it but you can still barely see little darker spots that needed another coat of polish.
For those that don't know there is a piece that you can put down in the shoe to take the crease out!! You just let it set in the shoe for a while... You still will see the crease a little bit though.
I can tell you in my one week of shoe painting, one step that he is skipping is because he still has that shoe piece on the inside and that’s why it looks like that but when you take it out, it’s gonna wrinkle back up and the step that he is skipping isthe leather spray, the leather spray retract the leather back into place so that it is not stretched out with cracks and wrinkles

It’s cus he uses the shoe interior skeleton thing anyways when a same size wearer wears them wouldn’t tell the creases are there but off with the shoes and you’ll see if not fixed from outside too

I used some dishwashing soap, a tooth brush, and scrubbed my tennis shoes with cold water.. Then I washed them off with a garden house, outside. I saved a hundred and fifty bucks!!! 👍👍👍 Thank you for the idea, Shoelada.. 😎😎
Add a little toothpaste (white stuff only) been doing that since I seen my sister and her friends clean em for cheerleading competitions. Now all my shoes stay white. Got af1 that are 2-3 years old except for a small crease u wouldn’t be able to tell.
I love this guy's scheme! Show old shoes, get a new pair, put dishwashing soap in a bottle and clean with it. Sell that dish-washing soap filled little bottle with 20 times more. Pure genius!
I’m no shoe expert, but I use scrub brushes that attach to my cordless drill. Soap & water for the first run - then I use oven cleaner foam - rinse +& they look brand new

I've never seen a video like this, but I've had two jars/cans of rubber cement laying around my place for over a decade, probably two and why both jars are not dried out, they both still work fine. I have been using it for the soles on my shoes when it separates. I guess my plan was sound and completely normal. I never even but very expensive shoes so I'm saving a lot of money. These most recently repaired sandals were from Walmart i think and I've had them and worn them every summer for probably 10+ years. No joke... I have three pair of them because i love them so much and they last forever. I wonder if they still sell the same style because it wasn't even the same year that i got at least one of the extra pair.
