Ellie I’m with you on the vacuum cleaners. I so wish that when we built our home 3 years ago that we would have put a “Hide a vacuum system” in. And I guess we still could put one in? You for sure could use one in your house.
We have a few. Two boys and a few animals and they are needed. Regular vacuum, a roomba, a handheld and then finally a shop vac. Those house vacs seem nice, our family friend has one.

While you were building your home I should have suggested you put in CENTRAL VAC. We built 16 years ago and had it put in. It solves EVERY vacuuming problem. We use nothing but the central vac on both levels and the garage. You could still have it installed, but they would have to do a lot more work and it would cost a fortune since you already have your walls enclosed.
Just watched Joan and John video. They are pregnant!! Yay!! I hope this is it for them. But entire video I was think about you guys, how you guys have helped so many couples to fulfill their dreams. Good bless your family.

We have 4 vacuums lol one heavy duty, a shop vac, a lightweight and a handheld.... all get used at least once a week, if not more lol

Ellie, I have been asking for a second vacuum for 5 years!!! I’m just gonna get one on Black Friday, I just decided! Multiple vacuums are a must in my opinion. Especially with a 2 story home.

I adopted my daughter from China and she is the light of my life, the greatest blessing God has given me. It is a long process though and can take two years or more. They would have had to start the process before Calvin was even born. They have to be older than 29, too.

Ellie you need a bissell crosswave! Mops and vacuums at the same Time! You can do hardwood, tile AND rugs with it! Bonus: you're not pushing around dirty water because it sucks it right up. I couldn't live without mine!

I have a purple shark vacuum the one for pets but i dont have pets. Its still awesome! Small, lightweight...love it!

How about buying some extra filters for your Dyson?I’m hoping I can. It seems I’m always wanting my vacuum when the filter is wet.
I know you probably aren't looking for suggestions on what vacuum to get, but I thought I would share... My family uses the Rainbow Vacuum.. The thing that's different about this one is that it uses water to penetrate into the carpets and it like filters the dirt through... Every time we use it, the water when we are done is soo dirty and you wouldn't believe that your carpets are that dirty, but yeah... Just thought I would share! Also, you can put essential oils into the water and it will infuse that smell into your carpet to leave it smelling fresh and clean!!! Hope this is helpful for you and your family!!! Buy spare filters for your dyson handheld/stick that way when one filter is being cleaned you don't have to wait! I also have a big and little dyson and the multiple filter trick means no down time waiting for them to dry! (Or buy another dyson because that is fun too 😂)

Did you do board & train for Penny? Or what kind of training did she get? I have a 5 year old rottweiler yorkie mix and I don't know how to feel about board & train but I think that it's the best help she can get. Just feel sad/ weird leaving her for weeks with someone else.

Ooooh Ellie, I wouldn’t use vinegar water to clean your hard wood floors.. the vinegar will eat away the finish on them.. I also wouldn’t suggest steam mopping them either. The moisture could warp them. I learned the hard way.😞
