Baguazhang basic foot work drills

These are footwork drills that either Xu taught or I developed along with Xu to help improve footwork and make the applications of Kou (扣） and Bai （掰）stronger more effective.

No T in there? We call that drill T-L-V stepping. Otherwise rather the same.

These are only a few. We have many many drills. I shot these to explain some simple basics for people. In Yin style bagua we have way more footwork drills than the ones on this video
