It’s a core idea of Wang Xiamgzhai‘s Yiquan, in which he quoted from the Analects of Confucius. It literally means ‚holding tightly in your heart (breast)‘. Wang uses it in the context of Yiquan not practicing set forms, but instead emphasizes that boxing (the fist), is what you carry in your heart. It’s not in the forms. It’s not what you see you can be. It’s just there naturally, acquired through a process of training, which in the end is just part of your being.
