This takes me back to my first playthrough I kept trying to trigger a fight with Meruem, and was super disappointed when the room he was in had a barrier I kinda wish they implemented some sort of genocide route like in Undertale, it would be interesting to see how Gon vs Meruem would go..though he wouldn't be able to power up like in the Pitou fight since Meruem hasn't done anything to Gon
So you’re *supposed* to lose the Pitou fight, right? I used a savegame editor to get Gon to level 99 and max out his Jajanken, killed Pitou in one hit, then at the end of the fight when Killua comes in the game crashed and when I rebooted it, Gon was still in the hospital like normal. Is she just an unwinnable boss, or is there something I’m missing?
The game is actually impossible the way you played it (without cheating) But that is actually the true path and cheating is essential on it. The game cleverly deletes all your stats after the boss.

TheWatermelonLion Haha, there is a reason why Galneryus is one of the best bands out there (and in my personal top 3 for some time now). Songs in OPs and EDs are shortened to ~1m30s to save time (there are exceptions though) and it saddens me a little. Nevertheless, HA and YNC arcs were great because of Sho singing twice during the episode. :) IMHO the "English" version of Departure! had better instrumental part, and it would be completely superior if Masatoshi Ono sang it with better English (the translation part is a discussion for another time).
