It has been only a month since the show released and I already feel that its being forgotten. Not sure who/ what's at fault here - our low attention span? or the mediocre marketing of the show? or the high footfall in movie theatres, especially in the past month with films like Jawan, OMG2 and Gadar 2 that people don't want to watch stuff as much on OTTs, (understandably so)

Definitely a combination of all factors I think, especially the first 2 you mentioned. Also Netflix is one of the more expensive OTTs in India. Could simply be a matter of not enough people having seen this and hence little traction online. I think too much available content could also be a factor.
