i found that painkiller was a bit more tawdry and matthew brodrick was a miscast. Stuhlbarg was sinister and intense, which was needed in a portrayal of this important story, rather than the "goofy" persona of Brodrick's portrayal. Painkiller didn't touch on the human element like dopesick did.
