Lunch on Sunday was the best of the weekend. Buffet Italian food. The awkward feeling like everyone knows everyone is how I always feel when going to stitch west. Even after 3 years I still get that feeling.
I enjoy your videos and I hope the sore throat/cough thing goes soon and you get well again. I did enjoy what you did with the sock, and your courage to just cut it 😉😀. I think 1761 could be when the house was finished being built, or maybe they started to build it. Though the date is in the starting dates of changes by the colonists which led to the revolution. Hope this helps. Yes, I was watching and stitching. 🎉😊
Great job on Olga’s Stocking…just beautiful! I have the pattern but am nervous about finishing it too so haven’t worked on it yet, so you have given me hope!
I loved your sock finish! It is so hard cutting into stitching so I always procrastinate for awhile too. Then when I do it I wish I hadn’t waited so long. I have a needle case waiting for me right now. Hope you feel better soon, lingering coughs are the worst!!
Watched your flosstube on my TV last night but wanted you to know how much I enjoyed spending an hour with your kindness and upbeat style. Love your projects as well. Thank you!!!
You have me feeling so jealous, as I’ve always wanted to go to the Pacific Northwest. It’s on my bucket list, and I’m hoping for next year. The retreat sounds amazing and so fun, so maybe one of these days for that too. Loved all your stitches and haul. Those are the kinds of charts that draw me in every single time. Hope you feel totally better soon! Happy stitching! ❤
@sticksstringsandotherthings Hello, can you please share the pattern’s name of the cute witchy small :) Framed looks amazing! The linen color makes the pattern pop! Great job!
Hi Jordan! I’m still watching but before I forget I need to comment on how amazing your finishes are, especially that beautiful stocking 🤩 I need to get going on that one ASAP it’s so gorgeous. Glad you had fun at the retreat and I can’t wait for your next video!!
❤❤❤ Hi Jordan ! I had a great time visiting with you tonight. You make excellent company while stitching! I loved how you finished each of your projects, very inspiring ❤❤❤
I did Baltimore Salt Box…1 over 1 on 28. It wasn’t that bad. Your finishes are amazing and inspire me! I’m so glad you had fun at your retreat! I just finally started watching Friday night lights. Oh Garrison….breaks my heart.
Your UA-cam channel brings me a lot of happiness. I have only been stitching for about three years. I have only stitched on Aida 16. Any suggestions on what other fabrics to try.
I always love your wips. I didn't really think season 1 of Rings of Power was that great but season 2 is AWESOME! I know a lot of LDS members have chosen not to watch the Secret Lives of Mormon wives. I don't watch much TV but from what I've heard, it is way off the mark of what Mormons believe. I almost want to watch it just for the laugh. Bones was one of my favorite shows. You did a great job on the stocking. It's beautiful!
Ok, how do I get signed up for these retreats? I want to be a part of your friend group! 🎉 I live in Ogden, Ut. I’m a newbie to flosstube this year, but been stitching since I was a teenager.😊
I’m still learning about all the retreats out there! Stitch west fall 2026 will be opening registration soon I think that it’s in salt lake! You could also get on the waitlist for stitch west April that is in Ogden! A lot of larger needlework stores will host retreats too you just have to go on their websites and check dates and registration openings
Started following you after recommendation from Christy at Cross Hatch Quilts. She mentioned you live in Idaho, as do I - Pocatello. Are you close by. I’m always looking for a fellow cross stitcher.

Sounds like a great retreat! Now you also have me considering stitching that Blackbird strawberry and framing instead. It's beautiful 😍
You should! It was one of my favorite projects to date!
Love your finishes and your progress on your wips. Happy stitching!

1761 was the year that the 7 year war ended. Maybe that’s it?
Another great video! Thank you for sharing 🫶

Thank you!
❤
YES! Use the lentil for your new start - they’ll be great together
You got my small! :) I am glad you liked it. I was feeling awkward about it after seeing what other people did for theirs. So much stunning work.
Omg hi!! Some ppl really went all out for that didn’t they!
I thought it was such a sweet one! I wouldn’t have been disappointed with it at all! Nice work! ❤

@@rocioanabell13 Yes. The pattern is Birds and Barns Autumn by Old Barn Stitching. I got it on the Little Loops website. I used my own floss choices.

Din Tai Fung is my favorite! We used to go for our birthday's. They have a salted black tea that is the bomb!!
It was so good!

Hope you feel 100% better soon and Acorns & Threads sound amazing. Too bad I live across the country but that retreat may be worth the trip!
Thank you Stacy? It’s definitely worth it!
Sister Wives and RHOSLC and Secret Lives of Mormon wives - what is in the water in SLC 😂 we are so blessed 😂😂😂
Omg truly truly blessed 🤣

@@tattooed_stitcher I will try and see. Thank you
Can you make a video showing us your stitching set up and organization?

Oh it’s definitely not how Mormons actually practice their faith! It was an entertaining watch for sure!
I love your decorations
You always brighten my day when i see your floss tube!! Love your Olga stocking. Do you remember what linen you used!!
Thank you Marlene! It was 36 count sand from picture this plus
@@tattooed_stitcher your work is always lovely!! And i am truly in love with my bags!!

I’m in Rigby! Super close!
@@tattooed_stitcher We may need to meet in IF sometime for stitching. I’ve been to lots of quilt retreats but never a cross stitching one.
The Reverend Gordon Squashbottom was born in 1761, duh. Everyone knows that! 😄
Hilarious!💛🍁🎃🍂💛
