You're so brave for doing this, I could never color an entire page with just gel pens, I only use them for tiny little spaces because of course them being a water based medium they will leave streaks and the bigger the spaces the more noticeable the streaks will be, that's just the nature of the beast 🤣 so embrace the streaks 😁

Don't be so hard on yourself! It's not something your used to using solely colouring in an image. Like all mediums it takes practice. The finished image isn't as bad as you think. It great. ❤

Hello Rebecca, I live in the UK,and love watching your channel,please don’t doubt yourself just be you,that’s what makes you a genuine person. I have Fibromyalgia,and understand how you feel,so keep being you. I use a little water on a small brush to go over the gel pen,maybe do a tester first. Hope everything goes well with doctor’s today Rebecca,😊

😂 I would’ve believed you about the hyperventilating! There are people who are amazing with gel pens that are probably wanting to gouge their eyes out because of what they’re seeing.
I was sooo excited to see this video! I love using gel pens and honestly you are doing a great job! The dark green looks very forest like kind of like Christmas I really like that color! My advice would be to just do each stroke once at a time and not try and fill too much space all at once, it will not blend because its ink so it won't look like pencils or markers that you can blend just enjoy and have fun! I hope your doctor appointment went well and I love it so far! Number 1-10 I will give you a 3! Also its only your first time with gel pens and i think you did well and are way too hard on yourself! You did great!
I used to colour whole pages with just gel pen! I loved it, you can do this!

Hey Beck. I waiting on the same book and Gel pens. I might kick myself in the bum, But I will challenge myself with you. You are doing fine go with the flow. Gel pens are a whole new medium. Think of it this way you are learning. I am not cringing at all. You are cracking me up. FRANK!!!!!!

I think u did great! It is normal for it to look like that lol. That is why I usually color only mandalas and not fine details in gel pens. I always feel like my gel pen coloring looks like a child did it lol ( a very young child)
I feel like a finger painting chimpanzee could’ve done a better job!😂
My advice would be for you to step away from the pens and take her to the Drs with you! 🤣😘
