Dead ahead is my favorite level now. Pardo just wiping out an entire fucking cargo ship, coupled with the song is really good. I think they did a good job creating Pardo. great character, horrible person.

something of note about all of these tracks is that they all have a seemingly sinister undertone to them while still fueling that ultraviolent feeling in the game, which is a really interesting and subtle way to show that pardo is not well-intentioned and is the miami mutilator.

Hotline Miami 2's best narrative move was making the story about a cast of characters instead of just Jacket and Biker. The Fans, Pardo, Evan, Beard, Richter, the Henchman and The Son are all such good additions that I wouldn't be able to believe two games of this quality are real for their price if I didn't already own them. Edit: Forgot Marvin Brown. His story is quite confusing to place but damn were his levels and music absolute fire despite their depravity.
IMO Martin serves several purposes in the plot. - He represents the player's point of view, calling back to the question Richard asked us in the first game about violence. Neither Martin and the film's director understood Jacket's motive nor the player, choosing to focus on spectacular aspect of the violence. The ranking in HM1 was based around creativity in killing rather than scoring combos. Also Martin believes there is nothing wrong with blood and brutality as long as it isn't real. "It's just a movie"/ "it's just a game" reasoning. - The whole movie plot can be representing a vile tendency to make controversial movies, taking inspiration from the real tragedies or horrors, perverting them in the process for extra attention. The pig symbolycally represents filth and lust which adds up to his character being a deranged killer and a rapist. - There is a parallel between Pardo and Martin. Martin uses his screen time as an opportunity to satisfy his violent desires, while Pardo is trying to get screen time using violence. Even their final levels have similar structure. They both start with the character sleeping following by interrogation with the interrogator showing disgust of their actions, and both characters are fighting through the police station only to be gunned down by multiple shots.

Did he really kill those people? Or was the movie he was perceiving and the violent shooting bringing his demise a firearm accident on set? The interview where Martin blacks out and sees Richard in the audience is on the TV program Richter and his mom are watching at the end of the game but it doesn't answer the question, it only brings it up again one last time IMO I think it was a bit of everything. I just... can't be sure whether or not he killed those people. That Director has eyes occluded by shadow and is malicious as hell, I can't trust him so I lean towards Martin killed people.

Me gusta mucho la canción de bloodline del nivel de dead ahead te hace sentir como si fueras el personaje y te da la sensación de estar rodeado de matones y tienes que acabar con todos ellos y te da la sensación de adrenalina fluyendo por tus venas la acción frenética en fin es una joya de canción
It's a great game, it surpasses HM1 not by much, but it surpasses it in history and soundtracks, plus it's more adjustable. In my personal opinion, the best theme in HM1 is Paris and in HM2, it's bloodline. I don't understand why there are people who say that this is a game that is not up to par a little underrated

The main reason is due to worse level design, however the visuals, music and obviously story are better.
