If that watch was gifted from your mum, its not just a watch anymore, its a holly grail piece.
Congratulations.
Hope I could buy one. That watch is beautiful.
Thanks man :)
That's a amazing story about your life and the best part is your watch is a big part of it ! I'm sure one day you will pass it on to your son or daughter when you are ready to pass the torch!! ⌚👍
Thanks you :) Having a cool story is awesome. A watch being a part of the story is even better!!
I worn a rolex oyster perpetual 34mm since 2011,the size is in reality perfect for any ocasion, not a blimblim rolex,i can use it in subway, bus and in the street and never feel in danger because its a very discret rolex...i love it
Yes, I couldn’t agree more. Thanks for sharing :)
Wholesomeness and your delivery is honest 😊 subscribers will say we were here from the beginning 🎉
I really appreciate your support :)
Getting rich is not important young man. You already possess what is most important... Stay on your track.
I suppose doing things you love and being with family is the most important.
Yes, agreed...
Money is important. This isn't a hallmark card he is living in. This is real life.
Great job! I really enjoyed the story behind the watch! Keep up the great work 👍
Thanks so much! 👍🏽
Great video man
Thank you for sharing your experience and story
Appreciate it bro, glad you enjoyed it
Gorgeous watch! Great review, too. I’d love a 34mm OP; my wrist is about 6 1/4” so I think that size would work really well.
Your mom is awesome! Keep working hard at whatever you do!
Really appreciate all the kind words :) glad you enjoyed it!
Congratulations brother, looks perfect on your wrist 👌🏽the single batons look classic
Thank you bro, I totally agree about the single batons
Perfect size for your wrist... no point in getting an oversized watch. My partner has a 31 green dial OP... she loves it! The OP is pretty understated for a Rolex which I like personally.
I couldn’t agree more, it is the most understated one which is perfect for me. The OP in green is super pretty too. Cheers!
Congratulations on your Rolex man! On a list rn for the silver dial super excited for when I get a call:)
Thank you! The silver dial is so beautiful, I’m excited for you lol
That was a very mature move to sell your first Rolex to help out your mom. In the end, watches are just things. Thanks for sharing your story!
Also, I’m also a fan of smaller cases and I have an average wrist of 7.25 inches. I look at the 34mm OP’s as the compact version of a 36mm for enthusiasts with smaller wrist sizes haha. Although, I’m not opposed to wearing a 34mm myself 😬
I agree. I can wear 36-40mm just fine, but long term I always find my way back to 34mm, just the most comfortable for me.
Always good to hear from you Chris, thanks for stopping by!
great review and story bro, keep it up
Appreciate it bro, thank you for stopping by
Awesome vid man, and fantastic watch as well! Big fan of the OP34 👌
Thank you! it’s a super cool watch :)
Love your watch. I've gone from wearing 39mm omega to wanting a 36mm Datejust in silver, to now secretly loving the idea of a 34mm (Maybe white from 2018)... these watches wear so much nicer in smaller size
Thank you :) I think the op34 white dial is amazing, that white dial appears slightly larger and would look amazing on your wrist
@WatchesCanBeFun brilliant thank you. Could be the one
I have a 34mm OP in white and I bought it in 2019. I just walked in and bought it in 30 minutes. I wear it every day and I adore it
@@Readyteddygo that's lovely to hear. It's on my grail list
@@Readyteddygo also would love to see a few shorts of your 34mm white op, if possible? Just from your phone. Would be great to see
i love you so much! I recently just found your mamacoo and i’m in love!! Your videos are so fun and you energy is just MWAH! keep living your life
That’s awesome Brother! I just gave my mom a 36 yachtmaster. Keep it up Brother!
No way that’s awesome, I think the yatchmaster is so cool👍🏽
Great review. Strait to the point and an honest opinion. 👏
Thank you
Really nice watch. Enjoyed the video.
Thank you👍🏽
Great video on a great watch! The 34mm is such a good size on the OP.
Thank you! 34mm is awesome :) I need a modern update on the 34 date ASAP!
for women yes
Good Story, Nice watch. Looks good on you. Take one link out of the bracelet from the 6 o clock side and put it in the 12 o clock bracelet. The clasp will sit better 👍
Funny story I tried that already but I found it to be more comfortable the way it is. I do understand that it makes the watch wear closer to me though. Thanks for watching :)
Really nice story, as someone who also got gifted as Rolex (exp.) I can totally relate to you keep it up:)
Hey man, appreciate it :) I would be interested in your story
That was a very sweet ending. Doing it out of love for your family. Well done.
My important watch keeps changing. But originally it has been my square G shock.... currently I'm loving my Omega from 1973 .. please take a look at my Short i made today.
I'm hoping to find a long term keeper watch, maybe even OP34
Thanks so much, I’m glad you enjoyed. Your omega is pretty cool and I would love to hear the story behind your watches one day. Especially the G-shock and the IWC
@WatchesCanBeFun I'll try.... I'm building up my confidence ha ha. Too many watches bought and sold in my 6 years as a watch obsessive
As a 18 year old who is scared of people judging him, I totally get it. The best way to build confidence for me has to been posting. I wouldn’t consider myself very confident though.
@@WatchesCanBeFun your videos are very confident for 18! I'm 39, but still would feel awkward on camera... who knows. I may try
You sound like a great young man. Money is good as long as you know that after you’ve cared for your family the ONLY thing it is good for is to help others. GBU & your family
Thank you and well said. Money is important only because of its utility to help others.
Great Video!
Thank you!
Man I love the blue on that.
It’s cool, glad you enjoyed.
Very wholesome vid! How big is your wrist btw?
Appreciate it! 5 and a half inches.
@@WatchesCanBeFun Looks awesome! I have a 6 inch wrist and I am very much considering getting this.
I have a 32mm Tudor Black Bay which wears well, I don't think a 34 would wear too large.
Loved the story behind this piece, wishing you the best!
The modern 34 op actually measures about 32 without the crown and I think it would work wonderfully for you. Best of luck collecting!
Thinking you would prefer double batons if you had a bigger wrist?
Nope, I just prefer single batons. I like them on the vintage and modern Datejust and I like them on vintage and modern Oyster Perpetuals.
@@WatchesCanBeFun Great they made that size just how you like it 👍
Bless you. You will be wealthy and prosperous and bless you mother
Thank you, God bless you as well. I really appreciate the support
your story about the watch, what you did and your mum did, makes me cry.
I think that watch has no price now.
awesome op
Thank you thank you
Just to clarify a nit. Think you. Have a tiny typo in the video description? This is a 124200 not 12420.
Also looks great! Nice pick.
Good catch, thank you :)
great story man!
glad you enjoyed it!
This or the date just are the best Rolex models, every everything else is an adaptation
Couldn’t agree more, but honestly I think that makes Rolex’s really cool. Add a date, you get the DateJust, add a bezel you get a Turnograph, add an extra hand you get the GMT Master. Etc. Then there’s the Cellini and idk what happened there.
MaMaCoo Literally the happiest place we men are!
You and your brother have a lovely Mother. And nice watch too 😊
Thank you :)
Wrist size?
I could’ve sworn I mentioned it(might have edited it out). It’s 5.5 inches. Cheers
your wrist size pls?
5.5 inches
0:21 18mm lug to lug? lolz
Oh my, 18mm lug width** I like small watches but that’s too small
amzwatch watch are the best, I say this from experience.
MaMaCoo watch are the best, I say this from experience.
I wish I could have one but I'm poor and can't have one but I'm still going to get a plastic watch 😔⌚
I’ve been there. I used to wear a 20 chrome f91w to school. The #1 best watch is the one on your wrist, enjoy it. If you truly want a Rolex work hard until you can get one.
@@WatchesCanBeFunim 30 years old and i want to have my First Rolex and i muss Save Money too now i have a breitling colt
The Colt looks really cool, I’d love to try a breitling one day :)
@@WatchesCanBeFun my Breitling is a 38mm one i have small Arms
My son is 18 and never wears his Rolex submariner out. He wears a Tag Heuer daily and sometimes an Omega Seamaster. He is afraid to get the watch stolen. He is a decent size and avid kickboxer. He also works out regularly and can bench 285 lbs. He still will not wear the Rolex outside.
Thanks for sharing.
Can you review a men’s watch next time?
Interesting, what do you mean by that?
