Eventually yes. But like the other comment says there is the server side part as well. So it wont be part of the initial group of PWA videos. I have some more service worker topics I will be adding to that playlist shortly too.
hi Steve, do you have any plan to release mini series about advanced JavaScript, so that would be a great leap for us beginner developers to get forward to a framework like Vue or React. topics would be like: scope, IIFE, hoisting, closures, promises, sync & await, module, currying and may be more what you think is a must before start a framework. Moreover, thank you very much for what you are doing for the beginner developer like me.
I have a playlist on React that I will be updating this summer. Eventually I will have a Vue playlist. When I teach those I highlight concepts and provide references. I have a playlist called JavaScript concepts which tends to be more intermediate. and I have this - ua-cam.com/video/exiC1Qsv5mc/v-deo.html
Hello Steve. Thank you for your effort in delivering such valuable content to us for free. I really appreciate it that much! I came to this PWA playlist while I was researching about favicons and after viewing your video about these favicons. First I only wanted to see the video about the manifest topic here, because I guess I will need to have one on my profile web page, to get it right with the favicons. Now I watched this intro to PWA and I'm eager to learn more about it. Is it ok to post some questions in the comment section of the corresponding topic video? Might be some lengthy ones. 😎 I'm sure you're very busy, so it would be totally ok if you could not answer them. Thanks again for the great stuff! 👍
If you can't even properly define what a PWA is, I don't have much confidence in the rest of the series. It probably doesn't even have the information we actually need: how to boycott and remove this crap from our systems permanently.
Wow, service workers right into PWA, such a logical order to things. Amazing thank you!
Waiting for your upcoming videos on PWA.
Thank you for the quality content.
Three are out now. At least one more coming out tomorrow and several more this week.
Yes !! Thank you for this video ! Are you planning to explore push notifications ?
that would be awesome. but wont it depend on the 3rd party push service?

Awesome series ! 👍👌👌👌
O M G. I was about to ask someone on reddit about it.

Thank you so much for all your insight! I'm busy hacking away at a react-native Expo CLI project. Have you any input regarding react-native?
Yes I have a playlist for React and another for React Native
@@SteveGriffith-Prof3ssorSt3v3 Thank you.
Would you consider putting up a repo for this excellent PWA series? thank you
The files from every video that has code are saved as a gist and linked to in the description.

I answer most questions as I have time.
I got a hidden gold today in the internet.
