The producers should have created a Nick-Brooke supercouple and put Bridgett with C.J., or Mark. Mark would have been interesting pairing as his mother, Margot, always wanted Eric and Bridget is his daughter. But B&B thrives on violating relationship norms.
How neat to see Susan Seaforth Hayes on here! I read that she was Bill Bell's intitial choice to play Stephanie. Makes sense because he worked with both her and Susan Flannery on Days of Our Lives in the '60s and '70s.
God no wonder Ridge is narcissistic… his mom is obsessed with him, he has two men fighting over him to be his dad, and always Brooke and some other woman trying to get with him….
At this point I'm surprised they don't have Stephanie living in Ziggy's run down complex to completely undo the power and status difference between her and Brooke.
It really would have made more sense for Steph to go live at the beach house of her beloved Taylor, to get away from that mansion and all it represents.. At least temporarily. The manse feels more like a prison than anything else. She needs a change of scenery and that house would have been a good place to keep her close to Taylor, so to speak. Unfortunately they now have the house being somewhere Jackie is going to live and soon Eric. At this point, I want Eric to go live in one of ziggy's old run down apt
@@TriniT21you're right . Stephanie took there Taylor (in her worst days after Ridge asked her the divorce)to see that house and Taylor bought it I love that house.
This is just what I say how out of it tridge and brooke haters understand. I really do not see Brooke going after Ridge rather the other way around. From now on and even ehen Taylor returns Ridge will be after Brooke. Also how dare Massimo think he has some sort of right. He is Ridges son by blood but Eric has brought him up. He has stayed with him educated him feed him gone through with him illnesses and family tragedies and massimo comes in and tells him how its going to be. Massimo is really a piece of work.
So we’re really supposed to believe Nick of all people was able to find out ridge was Mass son after meeting him twice yet the whole forrester family wasn’t able to figure it out based on him making ridge his sole heir alone?
Right. Eric has 4 living kids and Massimo was only ever interested in just Ridge, basically giving him his entire company. He didn't even so much as talk to the other 3 😂. Eric really is so dumb it hurts to look at him 😂
Well, in addition to being a wayfaring sea captain (did you know he was a man of the sea? Don’t know if the show mentioned that enough times), and a maverick, cool, man-of-the-people-who’s-just-so-quirky-he-lights-up-cigars-in-the-offices-of-random-people, it transpires that Captain Sponge Bob is *also* just so clever. Just so much smarter than the average bear.
@@lil_jon411 this is exactly what I meant when I said a while ago that the writing for Captain Nick doesn't seem to take the fictional universe seriously. He doesn't act like a soap character, he acts like he has been _watching_ the soap. He knows things that he shouldn't know as a character, but that the _viewer_ knows. If the show is now a Brooke fanfic (@Nick), Captain Nick is one of those an noy ing original characters that steaI the spotlight away from the canon characters (and which _only_ the author likes because they identify with their new character).
Maybe Brooke should tell Nick right at the beginning that she had an affair with her daughter's husband that lasted for months and that she had a baby with him? I mean, it would only be fair, so that she doesn't just portray the others as the bad guys again. But THAT doesn't occur to her, because she needs a lot of men around her so that she can always pull one of them towards her like an octopus. So she prefers to play the "poor victim".
I think Deacon and Nick were more destiny for Brooke than Ridge was. They hired the greats back then, of soap operas. The beach house had a variety of tenants over the years
The Lesley-Ann Down scenes remind me of the first thing I ever saw her in - a DVD boxset (this was my youth, in the older days) of “Upstairs, Downstairs.” Down was very young and played what was supposed to be the character of an innocent, lovely, yet naïve ingenue. But I couldn’t stand her character because instead she actually seemed to me like a sly little schemer who was *pretending* to be a naive, innocent ingenue who was fully aware of exactly how pretty she was. And I don’t know how to explain this, but I get the same vibes here. Which works even less for a woman many decades older than “Upstairs, Downstairs” Lesley-Ann was, so I like Jackie even less than Georgina 😂.
I'm starting to think Ridge is less appealing to Brooke bc he's no longer a Forrester lol.. Anyway, as this story is a stupid retcon, won't be long b4 Massimo is a distant memory and Brooke will forever be chasing him. Besides does Ridge ever change his last name? Meanwhile, not Brooke feeling stricken upon hearing her daughter made it to that boat b4 she did 😂
Brooke's really playing the victim on full 100 here. Everyone's been so mean to poor little Brooke 🙄 And she's found a real life Captain Save a Ho. Well, since Nick figured out Ridge's paternity in 2 minutes, next he should play the game of figuring out who is baby Nope's dad.
Eric and Massimo fighting over Ridge like two cheerleaders vying for the high school QB . . .(Massimo even says, jealously, “Can you imagine how I felt watching him interact with another man as his father?”). . . Ladies, Ridge ain’t worth that smoke.

The same way it’s sick how Brooke had no problem going hoping from her kids brother to their dad back to the brother and then their other brother like it’s normal. She had no concern about how her trashy way of sleeping through the family would affect her kids.
How eric can doubt ridge being his so is beyond me Both have same taste of women , think alike when it's to make decisions business and family wise so ridiculous

Me either. Brooke and Nick Forever ❤
This was Brooke being her intelligent and here pure of heart self. The show had some dark moments and that one was absolutely light.
