I thought that Wellen Park would include approx.20-22k "units", with a population of around 60k? In the video you mention 60k "houses". Also, I do know that Grand Paradiso was recently designated by FEMA as being in a flood zone, but I'm not sure what other communities are impacted by FEMA's recent change in maps.
Correct 60k population, 20k units. I think we may have misspoke in the video. Thanks for catching that. Yes, parts of Gran Paradiso are in a flood zone, but not all of it. Before buying any home we're able to get information on any home's flood zone designation. Each home is different depending on location, lot elevation, etc.
