I believe that Bobby Knight style of leading is meant for real men. Those who want to excel will appreciate his drive and passion to what he does. Who wants to celebrate a loss? Only a loser!!! He was and is a brilliant basketball mind and a disciplinarian leader that didn't worry about public opinion. That is something that we must respect. I am sure that those who were part of any of his programs were better off at the end than they were before they started. A true leader must be candid.
That 98% figure is flawed because it only accounts for those that actually lasted 4 years. It completely ignores the fact that a lot of players left the program to get away from him, I think it would be interesting to see what the actual graduation rate would be if you included those that left the program. I guarantee it wouldn't be 98%, even if you include those that graduated from other schools toward that graduation rate.
You would have to be flawed to count the kid s that did not complete their full four years you're going to have to do better than that maybe if you would have finished your education you could come up with something with some substance.
It's ironic that this guy hated dealing with the media & let his almighty ego roll over the reporters, now all of a sudden he is in the media by calling games for ESPN.
Knight hasn't won 25 games since 1993. Yeah, that's right, 18 F'n years ago. The man is a joke of a coach, and the game passed him by a long time ago. I hope we never hear about again.

God Bless Coach Knight.
He's as articulate about basketball as Gomer Pyle is about the marines. In fact I sometimes get these two guys mixed up.
