This match pisses me off. It's like watching Pacqiuao vs Mayweather all over again.
I like how no one just quickly told him he doesn't have to block the gunshots....
Get real tired of people thinking Jacqui players and any full auto jacqui is just a spamming Jacqui. Just cause people are bad and don't actually know how to stop it. It's like Chris G in marvel it's a strategy that works if someone can't beat it why would you stop?
yamifalcon This will always be the case when a new game comes out, and in this, responding to her zoning takes getting used to from other games. Its not exactly intuitive to be able just crouch w/o taking any damage vs crouch blocking. and at least on pc when I played you could not jump over it even preemptively. Once it gets figured out and people level up the complaining will largely stop
yamifalcon Yo there is always going to be those characters that people have to learn to adapt to immediately within the first month, otherwise they will be considered _unblockable_. And people will make a big stink about them and whine like they need nerfing.
MK is a dangerously open game right now because even in competitive levels, if you live off stuff you blow casuals down with and meet people who can deal with it, you get snuffed. More so in offline tourneys where people can properly react and try punish you thoroughly. Which I'm curious about players favoring Scorpion online and getting away with the pseudo Vortex game. But could get blown up in offline tourneys.
yamifalcon meh, what chris G does is pretty impressive. jackie full auto spam isnt difficult to do by any means, so doing it imo proves nothing other than knowing an input. but your right if you know how to beat it, its almost useless. its just up to you to learn how to beat it, kinda like the pacqiao fight.

Arjun Dev yeah definitely won in a very dominant fashion, but I have to see him play more because he look like he won because the other player didn't really have an answer for projectile attack or closing the distance.☺

Hailstormful If he tried to input dragon kick during the gunshot there's a chance he would've been clipped by the last shot, and even if he timed it correctly at fullscreen she could've blocked, or Ex'd to punish the punish attempt lol

Charles Rawls baiting requires your opponent to fuck up, if they don't fuck up, "baiting" is just giving them breathing room.
Conmystro I mean thats not what you always have to do. You can pressure or grab as well, once you get in on her she has to do something, because everyone has tools to "make" the opponent fuck up. And most of the time they throw that ex dash punch or they block, giving you a chance to pressure. Even if they do normals, its a much better situation to fight than being full screen spammed.
Charles Rawls it depends, if you have the life lead, to let them get meter really doesn't matter. Being in her face when she needs the comeback only gives her the opportunity to hit you for 40% on a high/low guess. To say "most of the time they" isn't accurate, a dumb player is a dumb player, and a smart player a smart one, if the jacqui player is smart, and they know you're afraid of the dash punch, they'll just take advantage of you blocking. If they know you're willing to go in, they'll throw it out, it's not something you can lay out as fact when it's completely dependent on specific variables.

Spam spam get that spam ;) You think youre good and know all the combos right, but i know down left x get that spam spam. I like that guy i would do the same if my opponent dont know what he can do v.s. Maybe chanche charakter with teleport skills?
