I like how the A2 pickups sound a bit more compressed. I’m not generally a fan of A2’s, but to my ear sound a little better here. My favorite set right now is the Amber Spirit of 59 pickups with A5’s. Interestingly, Wolfgang only makes them with A4 mags now, but I convinced him to build me a set based around the A5’s and they just have the magic. I’d love to try out a set of your’s sisters by side one da6 in person to see how they compare.
Both sound great. I think i prefer the A2 in this comparison but i may change my mind on another listen.
