Is it only the 4th that is omitted?
Wouldn't it make more sense for Lydian hexatonic to omit the maj7 since the 4# is what makes it lydian?
Sure you can omit whatever note u you like I just choose this scale degree for the sake of the exercise
How to play legato Lines With hexatonic scale?
Doesn't Phrygian have a flat 2? I believe your pattern was 1, 2, flat3. Looked like you did the same on Locrian. not too sure. but it did look like natural minor start of modes
