Same! We visited Niagara falls on Sunday when it was super clear, then we drove to Cleveland on Sunday night and enjoyed the solar eclipse with crystal clear sky! It was even raining in Cleveland on Monday morning but before noon all clouds run away. Hotels in rural Cleveland was also much cheaper than Niagara.
I like the time lapse as I don’t have the time to sit here to witness it for 4 minutes :( but yeah im sure there’s another video without the time lapse
it was not 4 minutes... if you were there to experience it like 100% like i was that was legit maybe 10-15 mins ... the moon stayed in front of the sun for at least 5 mins
What a joke, they said there would be 1 million people there, looks like a couple thousand. And It was so cloudy😂😂 those losers spent 300 dollars on hotel rooms for that. I saw it crystal clear with blue skies from Hamilton

Got dim in Toronto but no where near as dark as this! My dads in Quebec and it got pretty dark. Quite cool!
yooo it was crazy how dark it was ... i live in montreal
Fun fact...
Audio sped up don't make timelapses fun to watch!
🙂
also one wide angle helps
Birds and bugs.
Recorded horizontally:)
Man wish I was there! We didn't get it on west coast canada
Looks like it was very cloudy there. Glad I decided against that spot and went to Ohio instead.
