Someone finally surprises him. It’s so sweet how they look out for each other from the beginning. He is like constantly amazed by her. I love them together so much and even if they just always stay close friends they will NEVER lose that spark. Plus poor McGee is always caught in the middle of their weirdness.
I tried so hard to not see them and how perfect they are together but dammit they are!! She makes him smile more than I've ever seen the entire series in the past two seasons!

I'm hoping we'll get both Slibbs and more Ellie and Jack scenes too, and with Silent Service coming up I can see Jack getting real worried about them, can't wait for that episode.

Just thought of a song that makes me think of Gibbs and Sloane. It is old fashioned, a Barry Manilow song, but I love it. " Ready to Take a Chance Again" from the movie Foul Play with Goldie Hawn and Chevy Chase.
I looked it up and listened. It does fit, Gibbs being ready to take a chance again.

Maria Bello is leaving after season 18
Yup. Not even after season 18, but during it. Only 8 episodes we'll have to say goodbye. It really sucks. I'll miss the Slibbs chemistry and Jack Sloane as a character. It's depressing that we never actually got Slibbs, but hopefully Jack's goodbye will be decent.
She may come back and we may get somthing before she leaves.
